The space
This is a sophisticated yet relaxed second-floor condo featuring an open-concept design that promotes socializing. The heart of the unit is the seamless flow between the living area, dining nook, and the stunning full kitchen. High-quality stainless steel appliances and granite counters, including an island with seating, make meal prep a social event. A dishwasher ensures cleanup is fast and easy.

The living area is comfortable and bright, centered around a Smart Roku TV. The shared balcony, offers a peaceful spot to relax and feel the ocean breeze.

The Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1: A serene Queen bed and Smart Roku TV for couples.

Bedroom 2: A flexible configuration with a Full-over-Queen Bunk Bed plus a Twin Trundle, perfectly accommodating the rest of your group or family.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive private access to the entire two-bedroom condo. You also have shared use of the propane BBQ grill and the on-site washer/dryer facility. Your vehicle is covered by the free prepaid off-street parking permit (one car).

Other things to note
This is a second-floor unit, requiring guests to use the stairs. We require a signed rental agreement and a refundable $500 security hold (managed via OwnerRez). Please note:

No linens are provided (bring sheets and towels). Quilts and pillows are included.

The unit is ideal for warm weather stays and does not have heating.

We enforce a strict No Pets and No Smoking policy.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
