The Sleeping Quarters:

Bedroom 1 (Parent's Retreat): A cozy Queen bed and a Smart Roku TV provide a peaceful sanctuary for adults.

Bedroom 2 (Kids' HQ): A fun, durable Full-over-Queen bunk bed plus a twin trundle allows flexible sleeping for 4—the perfect setup for cousins or friends.

The full bath is immaculate, and the essential convenience of a Shared Washer/Dryer on-site means less packing and more beach time.

A formal rental agreement and a refundable $500 security hold (managed via OwnerRez) are required post-booking. This maintains the high quality of our unit.

No linens are provided (please bring your own sheets and bath towels). Quilts and sleeping pillows are included.

The unit is ideal for warm weather stays; it features AC but no central heating.

We maintain a strict No Pets and No Smoking policy.

Basic starter supplies (hand soap, paper towels) are included, but please bring personal toiletries (shampoo/body wash).

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
